Hello, I am unable to ssh into my droplet. I keep receiving message that credentials don’t match. I have read the postings about shift-control key, but they don’t help. I have typed root for userid and the assigned password - manually typed instead of copy/paste, but still same issue.
Assistance will be appreciated.
Thanks

You can try to reset your Droplet’s root password. If root login via SSH is disabled you will need to use the remote console available on the control panel to log in to your Droplet with the new password and then fix the issue that is stopping you from being able to log in via SSH whether it be changing passwords, adding SSH public keys, or adjusting sshd’s config.
