Unable to SSH to my droplet for two days

I am unable to access my digital ocean droplet for the last two days and not getting a correct reply from any digital ocean support team(they dont have phone support as well). I am getting the following error while accessing the machine:

(base) bibin@bibin-Lenovo-ideapad-130-15IKB:~$ ssh root@139.59.37.100
ssh: connect to host 139.59.37.100 port 22: Connection timed out

My application is down and unable to restart it because of this.
When I tried to access through web console and run a git pull , I am getting error like - “Couldnot resolve host github.com”. Any suggestions comments on this!

This sounds like a networking issue. Do you have a firewall on your droplet which could be causing the problem?

Also, in case there was some malicious activity from your droplet might be disconnected from the network. You could try connecting via the console and checking your network interfaces:

sudo ip a

But if this was the case you would have received an email from DO.

  • I am not using any firewall. I ran ‘sudo ip a’ , an got some output. Since I am unable to copy the output , I couldn’t provide you the output. Do you want anything specific to notice in the console output.

    The quiet unfortunate thing is , I am not getting any reply from the digitalocean support mail team and they dont even have any phone call support facility as well. How could we trust these digitalocean for any help. My server is down for the last three days and not even able to ssh or clone my github repository through the web console.
