My server was attacked by the mining virus kswapd0, and an error was reported when I logged in with the Droplet Console: error:all configured authentication methods failed. After I got rid of the virus, I still can’t log in to the Droplet Console as root.

What is the exact error that you’re experiencing when trying to use to recovery console?
Make sure to disable any add/pop-up blockers and give it another try or load the console using alternative browser.
