Question

Unable to use Droplet Console

My server was attacked by the mining virus kswapd0, and an error was reported when I logged in with the Droplet Console: error:all configured authentication methods failed. After I got rid of the virus, I still can’t log in to the Droplet Console as root.

Hello @joejo

What is the exact error that you’re experiencing when trying to use to recovery console?

Make sure to disable any add/pop-up blockers and give it another try or load the console using alternative browser.
