2 of our Droplets suddenly became unresponsive, one has been resolved, but the other still cannot be accessed through SSH or HTTP. I am reluctant to do a restart. What can I do?

Thanks. It seems it has resolved itself! I got worried after the second one became unresponsive. Outage took perhaps half an hour in total.
