Hi there
My server working smooth most of time but only unstable 1-4 seconds every day… it refuses to answer requests. I will include my chart. My questions is where should I look for ? I have used windows server long time but I am new at linux server.
I have only one crone job. Database backup daily.
0 0 * * * /directory/backup.sh
Where should I look for ? and what might cause this temporal problem.

It’s important to recognize the upper values on the y-axis of the graphs you shared are actually quite low. For instance looking at the CPU usage one, it tops out at 5%:
So the spikes you are seeing are not particularly high, just relatively high compared to your normal usage. That could very well be caused by your cron job or another periodic process, e.g. enabling automatic updates in Apt.
