update droplet console (I can't connect to the console!)

I had no issues yesterday creating droplets and going to the console
But today I just created a new droplet
and at this screen
clicking console doesn’t bring up the console it brings up this screen
that says “Update Droplet Console” and tells me to run this command “wget -qO- https://repos-droplet.digitalocean.com/install.sh | sudo bash” and to click a blue button that says “ok I will install the console agent”
If I click that then nothing happens.
If I SSH into the droplet and run that wget command, then I click console, it still shows the same screen.

Is a problem some bug when that VM was created… (btw got different error from it today, this time about SSH connection lost, as mentioned in comment)
I tried creating a new VM and the new VM is ok.
