upgrade django droplets missing css files

Hi Guys

I just install fresh image of django from droplets marketplace and its work perfectly but its version 2 so I try to upgrade it to 3 and everything went fine except admin page missing 2 file

Hi there,

What I could suggest is to try and enable debugging by setting Debug = True in your application settings and then check the admin panel. This should give you more information on what the problem might be.
