Just curious, this if my first time using a windows machine in a long time and the first time I’ll be developing in one, just wanted to know what resources I could use, I’m thinking about developing using either Ruby or Python.

Ruby is outdated on Windows, I would recommend running a Linux VM if you are going to use Ruby. For my IDE I use RubyMine, it is a paid product but well worth it IMHO. Then deploy out to digital ocean. I am not sure about Python, I haven’t developed in Python (yet).
