USING MONGODB LOCALLY - BACKEND DEV

When i started learnig mongodb, i learned how to create a cluster on the cloud, and how to connect it with my node.js backend. But how, now that i’ve installed mongodb locally, can i do the same offline, just like it can be done with mysql ? Thanks a lot for your help :).

What is the OS that you are using locally?

For example, if you are using Linux as a desktop you could follow the steps on how to install MongoDB locally here:

In case that you are using Windows, you could download MongoDB via the link below and install it using the downloaded MongoDB .msi file:
