I am planning using VestaCP and was wondering if it is a good idea or not running my own name servers ?

Thats what i was thinking too. Wouldn’t want to have site downtimes etc <br>

It’s recommended not to run your own nameservers unless you know what you’re doing and have a proper failover plan in case one of the nameservers goes down. We provide free DNS hosting which can be accessed via our control panel.
