Just installed vestacp on a fresh droplet after a yum update. All was ok, and https://url:8083 with user/password was displayed. When I laucnh the url in chrome I got an error ERR_TUNNEL_CONNECTION_FAILED and cannot find a way to add an exception. When I launch into friefox, I got another error, but I was able to add an exception and am able to connect. Do you have an idea how to use chrome ? thanks

Based on the description you gave, it sounds like VestaCP is using a self-signed certificate. Chrome and Firefox cannot verify the certificate’s authenticity as it is not signed by a known Certificate Authority, so they show you a warning.
I have not tried it myself, but this tutorial looks good—give it a shot:
I’d recommend taking a Snapshot of your Droplet as a backup image that you can restore if anything goes wrong.
