I’ve set up a virtual server via virtualmin and FTP access is fine from my machine - the one used to set it all up.
However, using another machine on another network and we get:
ECONNREFUSED - Connection refused by server

Hello,
Most likely the FTP port is closed via the Firewall and only your IP address is allowed.
You could either open the FTP port for incoming TCP connections for everyone or you could allow the second IP address that you would like to access the server from.
