Virtualmin IMAP/POP3 Error

I installed Virtualmin/Webmin and through the installation process it installed Dovecot and Postfix. I then installed Roundcube.

I created additional email users for my main domain, however I can’t login to roundcube using these additional users. I can only login using the default username assigned by Virtual min to my VPS.

I tried various combinations: user@mydomain.com, user.mydomain etc., nothing has worked.

I’m using Nginx by the way.

In addition:
How do I find the IMAP/POP3 settings in Virtualmin so I can set up email clients on my phone etc.,
