Ok, banging my head against the wall. I have virtualmin/webmin setup and working and have some sites setup on it with WordPress. If I go into the wp-admin and set both fields to the http:///www.mydomain.com then I get lookup failures. If I leave it to http://mydomain.com then no issues and WordPress works great.
I did try creating an alias of www.mydomain.com under mydomain.com in virtualmin and it told me that I do not need to setup an alias with www which would tell me that it should be working.
I am sure that there is something very simple that I have overlooked in the setup and any assistance is greatly appreciated
