We have not yet announced any ETA for block storage’s availability in additional data centers. Work is ongoing to expand block storage to additional regions but as this product requires a significant amount of physical infrastructure be deployed configured and tested in each region it can take some time.
When you say times, are you talking about weeks, months or years?
As a guess I would say we are talking about the weeks to months range but that will vary by data-center and I am not privy to the order in which this will be rolled out.
