You are using a 64bit package on a 32bit system… The tutorial shows the ode for 32bit architectures too.
Daniyaal is correct. You need the 32bit package. Grab it with: <br> <br><pre> <br>wget http://swupdate.openvpn.org/as/openvpn-as-1.8.4-Ubuntu10.i386.deb <br></pre>
