VPS using too much CPU will shutdown or not?

Do you have scripts in place to shutdown VPS whom are using too much CPU?
Do you have any limits on CPU useage ?If my VPS always use 100% of my CPU, will you add my account to blacklist ? Will my VPS be shutdown?
