w3tc setting for cache methods

Hello, i setup my droplet with ubuntu 14.04 one click installation.

in W3TC, page cache: disk enhanced is enabled.

but in minify, database cache and object cache are all set to Disk. is it should be like this? what if i want to use opcode method for these settings. is there any way to enable opcode for these options??
