I am looking for where I could download the correct version of ubuntu to create an exact replica of digital ocean’s one click. I want to test out some config locally on a flight where I will not have internet so no SSH login

I use Vagrant for WordPress development. Not sure if internet access is required or not. Hard to get working and you need a computer with some RAM, but debugging is awesome this way. https://premium.wpmudev.org/blog/vagrant-wordpress-test-environment/

You can download old Ubuntu ISO’s from here. http://old-releases.ubuntu.com/releases/
Then install in a virtual machine on your laptop.
Don’t think DO does anything to the base images.
