web App not propagating to a domain(domain purchased from wix)

we have the domain name as https://greenbamboopictures.com/ on Wix. we deployed the website on a Digitalocean app platform. Per instructions, we have updated the CNAME records on wix and there are no A records on wix for this domain. Unfortunately we can not transfer Nameservers on Wix, but as per instructions CNAME was updated and it has propagated as well(when i check on dnschecker). when I browse https://greenbamboopictures.com -> Got error “# This site can’t be reached”

When I browse https://www.greenbamboopictures.com -> got error “# This site can’t provide a secure connection. www.greenbamboopictures.com uses an unsupported protocol.”

Can someone help on how to resolve this?

Your root domain is working as it doesn’t have a DNS record however www.greenbamboopictures.com is.
