Webmin - virtualmin, script roundcube DBI connect failed

When I try to install the script roundcube to a Virtualhost I have this error message :

 Now installing RoundCube version 1.1.4-complete ..

    Database connection failed : DBI connect failed : Access denied for user 'USER'@'localhost' (using password: YES) 1427.

.. failed! See the error message above for the reason why.

It’s used to work but not anymore. Actually it was installed and working and suddenly it was not working anymore with an Database connection error message. So I decided to uninstall it and reinstall it, but I can’t reinstall anymore it through Webmin.

With Webmin, I have several virtual server and I can’t install it to any of them.

I didn’t find any webmin logs, and I don’t know which log I should check.

Hi,

You should be able to view your logs by following these steps in your Virtualmin panel:

First, choose the domain for which you would like to view the logs. You can do that by selecting the domain name from the drop-down box on the top-left.

Then, click Logs and Reports. To view the Access log, click Apache Access Log. To view the Error log, click Apache Error Log.

I can also help you find your Apache logs through the terminal, but first I need to know which OS you are using on this server.
