Hey there!
So… I followed the domain setup guide. But… my website seems to only load with ns1. ns2. ns3.
ex. (ns1.domain.com) works, but (domain.com) does not work!
Here’s a picture of DNS settings: Imgur Screenshot

Hmm… I think you need to do this record:
| Type | Hostname | Value | TTL (sec) |
|---|---|---|---|
| A | *.domain.tld | your droplet IP | default |
| CNAME | www.domain.tld | domain.tld | default |
| NS | domain.tld | ns1.digitalocean.com. | default |
| NS | domain.tld | ns2.digitalocean.com. | default |
| NS | domain.tld | ns3.digitalocean.com. | default |
I skipped the last 3 rows as I assume the Value field should be my domain not digitalocean's.
Then that’s mean you want to use your own DNS server with vanity NS. It’s a little bit advance for vanity NS domain. If you don’t realy understand how it works. You need at least two or three droplet with different IP address. And you need to setup deploy a DNS server such as BIND.
You can read Vanity or Branded Nameservers and Configure PowerDNS
