Since 1 month, After migrating to DO, I’m getting site down issue. Usually it works absolutely fine. Bandwidth usage is also always less than 0.30 MB/s but as soon as I send push notification, it reaches to peak and site becomes down.
So, simply getting issue only at the time of push notification (Currently using onesignal pushnotificaion service), even I Don’t have so much subscribers.
Presently, I’m using DO 10$ plan which have 2GB RAM.

Even we are facing same problem for our website kbcgbjjtodayquestion.com when we send push notification from One-signal website get down immediately. I have hosted my website on 50$ Droplet…! If you find any solution please disclose here.
One more point, i have contact Technical Department of Digital Ocean and after checking my account they mail me following reason…!
Hi there,
We’ve detected an outgoing Denial of Service attack (http://do.co/21Y1Gc1) originating from your Droplet. Specifically, we have detected inbound traffic exceeding 0.07 Mb/s and outbound traffic exceeding 884.07 Mb/s. Due to the traffic’s harmful nature, your Droplet was taken offline; this means it is not connected to the internet and all hosted sites and services are unreachable. We know that this action is disruptive, but it’s necessary to protect you, our network, and the target of your Droplet’s attack.
Even same happening with my site. Still after an hour the site doesn’t get back online.
