My website is beltainpark.com.au. It is not accessible online. Digitalocean is listed as hosting my site, but I have never signed up with you for this. How is this possible? How can I remove the hosting from Digitalocean and take it to another hosting site?

Your website is on DigitalOcean. We can’t tell how it got there. If you didn’t do it, someone did. You should look into your old conversions and try to find out what happened.
Moving the website won’t be so simple if you don’t have a control panel. You should get professional help in that case. You can use someone from Fiverr like this, https://vpsfix.us/fiverr/server-help
But if you have a control panel, you can try to take a backup and restore on your new provider. Both these cases require some technical knowledge. So I recommend seeking a professional.
Hey @melissaleist,
If you control the Domain, you can change the Nameservers and DNS and point it to your actual hosting, that would be the only and best way to go about this.
Basically, you need to find the account where your domain si registred and it’s currently sitting. From there you can change/manage both your Nameservers and then your DNS.
