Website is down and there is no way to get to support for help
This morning we got the following message on our website:
Fatal error: Class ‘JPlugin’ not found in /home/safetyweb/plugins/system/t3/t3.php on line 25
Since then, I cannot get to my website
I get the message: This website is temporarily unavailable, please try again later.
I can get to the droplet using “putty” and have rebooted, but to no avail.
Also, I have tried logging into cloud.digitalocean.com/login with our user and password, but it said “Email or password invalid”
I tried to reset the password but have received nothing.
I need some help, we’ve been down all day.
