Website speed issues, Should I change hosting?

Hey, I have a leaf blowers related website, I am using NameCheap hosting but when I check my website speed in google developers site speed checker. the speed shows 90% on desktop but on mobile devices, it is 70% only. A big number of my website visitors is from mobile devices. what should I do now? how I can increase speed? Will I be able to solve this issue if I move my website to Digital ocean?

Using a caching plugin like Autoptimize might help. It caches static assets for faster page loading. To eliminate render blocking resources, defer some assets as outlined on the pagespeed insights suggestions.

Remember to make a backup beforehand.
