Im considering a new account. I not a developer and rely on others to manage my projects. If/when a developer has left my high and dry, is support here patient enough for the dumb basic questions I would probably need to ask ? My biggest issue is security of the account to be sure no mischief happens in transition to a new developer. Obviously I would need to change passwords and is this all is required to block rogue use ? Or should I stay with 24/7 hosts with phone support.
