Good evening, i was just introduced to digital ocean 24hrs ago. i made payment adn wanted to tranfer my blog files here. on trying to log in, i got the response that my account has been locked. this has made it impossible for me to get value for my money.
i want to know how long your verification process takes and how long do i have to wait?
Secondly, your support team does not provide any help to clients at all, they dont respond to tickets. Kindly work on that.
