What Cache module is the most suitable for Nginx?

Hi I have some wordpress’s websites and I’m using Ubuntu 14.04 and Nginx.

I know that we can use some kind of cache module (like Fast-cgi, Vanishi, W3total cache) for Nginx. and I have two questions about it.

What module would works fastest with Nginx?

What Cache module would work together the best with Nginx?

And anybody can recommend me some good tutorial aticles about set up cache module?

PHP-FPM / APC (Server side), W3total cache (WP Side), Varnish4 / Cloudflare (end point). Faster Impossible!

I use Fast-cgi with the standard Wordpress caching plugins. Works great!

You should enable the standard options as gzip compression for the ultimate caching results!
