What can CPU and disk usage be at maximum, to handle visitors without causing slowness?

In Droplet>Graphs, there are disk write and read information such as 3MB/s, and there is CPU usage for sys and user such as %20.

What should these rates be at maximum, to handle visitors without causing slowness? Can you give some examples please?

I might get a lot of visitors soon and I want to be ready beforehand. My current droplet:

512 MB / 1 CPU 20 GB SSD Disk 1000 GB Transfer

I’m running Lamp stack on Ubuntu 14.04, using PHP and MySQL only.

What I know, its more about the load… Load should be below 1.

Run command uptime…

if the load is below 1, I guess that means there is no slow down in your visitor queue, but its constantly over 1.00, that means slow down is there…

So in console, run command, uptime !!!
