Though we’ve nothing but great things to say about UserVoice for all the time we’ve been using it, we went a different route as we wanted to connect it a bit more to our engineering processes. That sounds vague, and it’s fairly invisible to the viewer, but we hope to facilitate better engagement with feature requests.
