I received increased payment for droplet bandwidth. What is the reason for that?

We notify all our users about their outstanding bill multiple times before any action is taken on their account. We’re reasonable folks, and we’ll give you plenty of time to clear your outstanding balance. Though failure to respond to communication may result in suspension and eventually termination of the account. If you don’t let us know what’s up, we can’t work with you.
