What is the digital ocean end of the billing cycle?

I'm not able to understand that when digital ocean will charge payment, if end of the billing cycle, so what is it means (End of the billing Cycle). I'm newbie at digital ocean community and have slightly conflict with that question.

Q: What is end of the billing cycle ?

We charge your credit card on the 1st day of each month after usage.
The billing cycle is the month's Droplet usage - from the 1st -> Last day of the month.
