What is the reason for this report?

What kind of wrapper does Facebook use?

While I was packing a react application with Webpack, I noticed that the code was readable in the product environment and I started looking for something different.

I saw an obfuscated code similar to this in the static folder of Instagram. How can I do that?

I am not 100% sure about the exact wrapper that they use, but there is a really great blog post on their official site regarding the tech stack that they are using for the new Facebook.com.
