Which Username should we use instead root after disabling root Login, in step 3?, Because phpmyadmin is not allowing with other username.

Could you please copy the URL of the article you’re following just to have it as a reference? Also since root is disabled and you want to access phpMyAdmin to perform some tasks, it will be easier to just access phpMyAdmin with the username of the database that you would like to work on. Basically instead of login with the root username, access phpMyAdmin with the database username.
