why cant i see my website?

so my account expireddue to non payment, i payed it off before the wipe window and all my forwarding settings are correct but i still cant see my site…

  • Is your droplet still available and turned on. During an account shutdown your droplets are stopped and will need to be restarted when recovered.

Indeed as @jasonjpeters is correct. In addition to what he said I could suggest the following:

  • If your droplet is running, access it via SSH and check the status of your services

  • If the services are still running I would suggest checking your error logs as well for more information

  • Finally if you are still not sure, you could share the errors that you are getting there so that we could advise you further.
