Why didn't I receive a root password via email for my droplet? (yes, again the mail problem)

I have problems with the root password reset of my droplet, I do not receive the reset email, and I check my inbox and the spam folder and I do not have anything
I’m with this since this morning, I already tried several times and I do not recive the mail

contact DO support - one possibility here is DO’s transactional mail system has blacklisted your account’s email address.
