    "few hotrs" means more than 24H?

  • Not sure, but usually that few hours is few mins in my case, when ever I added payment, but as i said, you have that support link in you account right ??

    Its high time that you open up a support ticket and seek clarification from DO about the transfer !!

Its a community support forum, so better open a support ticket from you account..

If you refer to FAQ, they write following,

I submitted a PayPal payment. Why hasn't my balance been updated?

Balances are not updated in real time. Once you submit your PayPal payment it gets processed and added to our system. You should see the updated balance in a few hours.
