I made only one droplet with account which I am using for posting that ticket. In droplet I installed Outline vpn server and OpenVPN server. Using as Outline vpn client and OpenVPN client I cann’t post comments in youtube. Without vpn I can leave comments on youtube

The issue you’re facing is likely related to how external services like YouTube detect and manage traffic coming from VPNs, rather than anything specific to DigitalOcean’s network or your Droplet’s configuration.
YouTube and many other online platforms have mechanisms in place to detect and sometimes block or restrict traffic they identify as coming from VPNs.
This is often due to concerns about avoiding spam, abuse, or circumventing geo-restrictions.
If possible, consider creating a new Droplet which will have a different IP address. You can try creating the Droplet in a Different region as well.
I would also recommend checking your web console to see if there are any specific errors that occur when you try to post a comment.
