Why is my website down for over a week? I cannot reach DO by phone or email? When I go to the website I get sent to Nginz. HELP!

I called Nginz and they say it is a DO problem. Who do I contact?

Use the support button when you are logged in … and create a ticket.
No idea what nginz is by the way :)

There are no support tickets on your account, open or previously closed. Our support team is happy to assist you 24/7 via a support ticket. You can open one by emailing contact@digitalocean.com, from this page, or from this section of the control panel.

If you open a ticket by email be sure to send the message from the email address associated with your account so that it is associated with your account.
