Why is www.domain forwarding to and exposing my server path?

This is a new one for me. Can’t figure it out. I have other domains on my server that are working just fine. They’re all set up the same way as far as I can tell.

The DNS has the same entries:

• and A record pointing @ to the server
• a CNAME record pointing www to @

The virtual host file has www.domain.net set as ServerAlias.

I disabled the htaccess file, even though it didn’t have any rules explicitly regarding this.

Yet still, when I go to domain.net, it works no problem. When I try to go to www.domain.net, it forwards me to:

Any idea what’s going on? How did I screw this up?
