Why my usage (bill) increases everyday even when I am under 60-days or $100 credit period?

I signed-up on 2/Feb/2020 with the 60-days or $100 credit offer. However, my usage kept growing from $0 to $26 today (23/Feb/2020). I have a droplet that I am using for development and would like the actual billing start after the 60-day period. Is there any promo code that I should request for that needs to be applied? Kindly help.

    Thanks for your pointer. I tried there first, however, it kept me out saying “Unable to find user” and hence, I posted here in the community forum.

    Is there any other way to reach your support team?
