i can’t ssh to my vps,
then i use control “Console Access”, login by root, run ifconfig eth0 no ip show

It looks like your interface isn’t configured correctly. On Debian/Ubuntu you can fix this by editing the /etc/network/interfaces file with the correct information, and making sure the interface is up with ip link set eth0 up
