I have purchased the Droplet and it runs on http://206.189.130.192. When I browse it on browser, it shows as Dangerous, Why?

When I navigate to your Droplet’s IP address in my browser, it loads the nginx welcome page fine.
What you are seeing may be a security error in your browser as you have not yet set your website up on a domain name and provided it with an SSL certificate. Many browsers now mark sites without SSL as insecure.
