Wiling to pay for live tech support

I would pay to get live tech support from digital ocean.

We have a very odd issue , but going back and forth on emails with techs only telling you to reboot is not helping.

Our issue has dragged over 10 days with no resolution.

Tech support has dramatically changed since they started.

What is the issue if I may ask? Digital Ocean is essentially an unmanaged service so everything that is not on the vps parents or their network is really outside of the scope of their Support blanket. If it is something that can effect your data or anything like that companies often don’t want to risk tampering.

However, it might be helpful to provide more info on your issue here so that somebody might be able to provide insight
