No. I personally manage our Discourse One-Click image, working with the project in the initial stages. Discourse’s official documentation indicates that for a smaller deployment you may be able to use a 1GB droplet but 2GB is recommended.
It might be possible to install Discourse on a 512MB droplet but it would not run properly.
