Can you share a little bit more information like which firewall exactly are you using? Is it a DigitalOcean Cloud Firewall or a firewall on your Droplet like UFW or iptables?
If you are using Ubuntu and the Ubuntu firewall, I would recommend following the steps from this tutorial on how to configure ufw:

If you are using DigitalOcean Cloud Firewall I would recommend following the steps from the documentation here:
