Wordpress Contact Form Not Sending Email Notification

I use Digital Ocean for my Wordpress site and everything was fine with my contact form until about 10 days ago. No matter how much trouble shooting (including using different contact form plugins) I am not getting the email notification that a form was filled out. Is this an issue with DigitalOcean blocking the wordpress@domain-name email from being sent?

Are you using SMTP? If you are what settings are you using?
Additionally, have you checked if your Droplet’s IP address has gotten on some blacklists?

Would you mind sharing the exact SMTP settings that you’ve configured in the plugin? Have you made recent changes to the site like plugin or core version update?
