Wordpress permalink error 404 ubuntu 14.

Hi all, I got problem with wordpress permalink. i was try https://www.digitalocean.com/community/questions/ubuntu-12-04-lamp-wordpress-htaccess-errors but it do not work

Did you run?: 
a2enmod rewrite

service apache2 restart

after every change a restart to the web server must be made.
