Hello there,
If the website is down (including the admin area) you can disable the plugin as mentioned by KFSys.
If the plugin is paid you can report back to the plugin’s team developers and they should help you to sort out the issue. If the plugin was free you can spend a minute to report the problem so other users can be aware and also the developers will be updated about this. ’
You can eventually find a solution if the problem was already reported so make sure to check the plugin’s official page.
Regards
Hi @hzaatchi92,
Well, it seems the plugin has caused the issue with your WordPress. What I’ll recommend is to disable the plugin and then try again to enter your Website.
You can achieve this a couple of ways. The first would be using wp-cli. WP-CLI is the command-line interface for WordPress. You can update plugins, configure multisite installations, and much more, without using a web browser. More about that here;
https://wp-cli.org/
Another possible way is to enter your Droplet via SSH go to your website’s home directory, there enter wp-content/plugins, and rename the folder of the plugin you installed.
